My Approach
Clinical supervision is more than just obtaining hours towards independent licensure. It is an opportunity to develop confidence in your clinical judgement, strengthen your professional identity, and build a sustainable career in social work. My philosophy is simple: the best work is done by the best people. I believe supervision is a safe space where you can bring questions, uncertainty, mistakes, and successes without fear of judgment. Through reflection, critical thinking, direct feedback, and plenty of humor, we will work together to define what being a social worker means to you.
What You Can Expect
Supervision is a collaborative experience based in mutual learning. My role is not to provide all answers, but to help you develop confidence in your own clinical judgement and professional voice. I will challenge you when needed, celebrate your success, and support you through workplace stress.
You can expect clinical case consultation, ethical decision-making, documentation and professional standards, managing imposter syndrome, navigating complex systems, building a sustainable career, preparing for the LCSW licensing exam, and exploring leadership and supervisory opportunities.

I am particularly passionate about supporting social workers in: community mental health, public sector and government settings, nonprofit organizations, healthcare systems, crisis roles and trauma-focused work.

My areas of expertise include: trauma-informed care, domestic violence, crisis intervention, forensic social work, corrections, advocacy, vicarious trauma, program development, interdisplinary collaboration, psychotherapy, and evidence-based practice (EMDR, MI, CBT, etc.)

Group Supervision: $50/hour
Individual Supervision $100/hour
I reserve a limited number of reduced-fee supervision spots.
Your goals. Our partnership.
